Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
International Shipping:
We currently do not ship outside of South Africa.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Wicked is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed on any shipments. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
Damages & Issues:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Return & Exchange Policy
Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
